Dr.Satish Jaiprakash Maniyar is an academician, researcher, author and industry expert with more than 20 years in engineering design and manufacturing. His expertise covers product design, tool design, Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T), 3D printing and 3D scanning for reverse engineering. He has played major role in bridging the gap between industry and education.
He founded TECHNOCAD in 2007 with an aim to spread knowledge of future technologies in mechanical engineering design. Under his leadership, Technocad has trained thousands of professionals and worked with leading industries such as Mercedes-Benz, Tesla, Tata Motors, Mahindra & Mahindra, Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, Bajaj Auto, ABB, Crompton Greaves, Samsonite, Siemens and VIP Industries.
His work in education goes beyond the institute. He helps shape syllabus and quality standards at engineering colleges and polytechnics across Nashik, writes the textbooks students study from, and has filed multiple patents in different sectors.
